Skin changes – Morgana in the Harrowing / Halloween theme. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: All-new model and textures! (A spooky dress with a monstrous hat!).
• New particles: All-new VFX! (You’ll go bats over these haunting new particles!).
• New animations: All-new animations! (She’s brewing up trouble!).
• New sounds: All-new SFX! (Magically eerie sound effects!).

Skin bio & introduction: – Ultimately, trick-or-treating is less about dark magic and occult superstition, and more about finding a witch costume that actually fits. Have you seen these sizes? Who is this stuff even made for…?!

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Bewitching Morgana is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
