Skin changes – Soraka dressed up in the Winter Wonder theme. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model and textures: A comfy winter coat and mittens, and a sparkly crystalline staff!.
• New particles: All-new VFX: Sparkly ice and snow!.
• New animations: All-new recall animation: Soraka shows just how magical Snowdown can be!.
• New sounds: All-new SFX: Icy, magical, whimsical!.

Skin introduction: – A kindly duchess within the court of the Poro King, Soraka’s lands are filled with beautiful animals made of pristine, enchanted ice. These menageries stretch for miles, tended by her retainers.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Winter Wonder Soraka is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
