History The Harrowing event – Holiday skins were released for a specific holiday in Runeterra, usually coinciding with a similar real-world holiday. Some of these skins were formerly Limited skins, but have since been made Legacy, meaning they may return to the store again in the future.

How to get this skin? – The Witch’s Brew Blitzcrank skin is a Legacy skin which means it is only obtainable at specific times of the year. Your best bet to purchase this skin would be around Halloween time during the Harrowing event.

Worth buying? – If you are unsure whether this skin is worth buying or not. We would like to point out that on the Public Beta Environment server you can at any time test this skin in action.
