Skin changes – Veigar as a little, evil Santa Claus.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model for Veigar and his staff..
• New particles: New Christmas based particles for his abilities.
• New animations: New recall animation and cane-jump when walking..
• New sounds: New Christmas sounds for his abilities and recall..

Skin bio & introduction: – Most Santas wish to bring joy and enchantment to children everywhere, but Veigar wants no such thing. His dark ambitions have grown beyond simply thwarting Snowdown-he schemes to throw the world into chaos, blotting out the holidays with his evil forever.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Bad Santa Veigar is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
