Skin changes – Pushes the champion a step beyond a simple costume change, with more immersive qualities. Includes a new model, new texture and new splash image. Sometimes includes: new animations, visual effects, and sounds where appropriate for the skin’s theme, or where the lack of would be detrimental.
Skin bio & introduction: – His helmet and armor add a nice touch to the skin, and puts a nice layer of finish on how it appears in game. There’s no other upgrades for the Highland Tryndamere skin however, because the animations and abilities look the same, there are no new particle effects, which dampens the Highland value a bit. Thou it is very old and one of the first skins ever released into the game.
How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!
Worth buying? – If you are unsure whether this skin is worth buying or not. We would like to point out that on the Public Beta Environment server you can at any time test this skin in action.
