Skin changes – Lulu dressed in a confectionery theme with a candy cane replacing her staff, sweets decorating her hat and Pix displaying lollipop wings. She also carries a bag of sweets, has heterochromatic eyes and heavily curled hair.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model for Lulu, her staff, Pixs wings and polymorphed enemies..
• New sounds: New sound for Whimsy..

Skin bio & introduction: – A candy witch living on the outskirts of the Peppermint Pine Barrens, Lulu’s saccharine enchantments are known to grant incredible powers to any who desire them… but only at great cost to their candy soul

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Bittersweet Lulu is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
