A smurf with a rare skin is an account in the random level range of 1-10, and they come preloaded with one or more of the rarest skins for League of Legends. Since the accounts are random, we do not have specific information regarding each account, execpt that it has the skin you ordered, you might get lucky and get an account with more champs, skins and other stuff on it. This account type fits perfect if you want to get a smurf, with some of the rarest skins. Ufo Corki was given back in 2009 and since then has not been possible to get, King rammus was awarded to everyone who participated in the open beta before League of Legends release. Judgement Kayle was awarded to everyone who played a certain amount of games during season 1. In other words, all of theese skins are highly rare, and was only possible to get if you played League of Legends in 2009.
