Skin changes – Vayne dressed up for the Lunar Festival. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model and textures: A new look to celebrate the Year of the Pig – complete with a piggy crossbow!.
• New particles: All-new VFX: Beautiful golds and fireworks explosions!.
• New animations: All-new recall animation: Vayne strikes a few poses as her crossbow shoots off fireworks!.
• New sounds: All-new SFX Tonal magic and metallics, and of course, the sounds of fireworks being shot off!.

Skin bio & introduction: – Vayne has donned her finest Lunar Revel garb in her endless quest to root out evil everywhere, including citywide celebrations. One would assume it’s better not to spend holidays around a grown woman shooting firecrackers out of a metal wrist-pig, but it’s been that kind of year.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Firecracker Vayne is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
