Skin changes – Miss Fortune dressed up in the Halloween theme. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New witchy models and textures!.
• New particles: New hair raising VFX!.
• New animations: New recall animation where she shows off her latest spell!.
• New sounds: New spooky SFX!.

Skin introduction: – A powerful witch with a flair for the dramatic, and a soft spot for misguided monsters, Miss Fortune has resurfaced for an evening of adventure with her spooky sistren

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!
