How to get this skin? – These skins are a variation of a skin that includes a unique border, splash and VFX. Some of them are event-specific (require a certain amount of tokens to redeem them) and others are craftable for Hextech Crafting Prestige Token 100 Prestige points. However, these skins can drop from loot or can be obtained from rerolling.
