Skin changes – Riven as an armoured, eastern warrior. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model for Riven and her sword: broken and re-forged..
• New particles: New fire particles for her abilities..
• New animations: New animations for her hair and sword tassel plus new recall animation..
• New sounds: New sounds for her abilities and recall..

Skin bio & introduction: – One tale of the kingdoms tells of Riven, her sword forged in dragonfire, descending into an enemy enclave in the aftermath of a battle. Slaying her foes and freeing their captives, she rampaged across the countryside, crushing any who would enslave the innocent.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Dragonblade Riven is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
