Skin changes – Varus as a parody of Cupid.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model and texture! With the addition of white angelic wings!.
• New particles: New particles! Hearts! Glitter! Pink ribbons! Rose petals!.
• New animations: New recall and death animation. New animation for his wings..
• New sounds: New SFX on his spells and his recall!.

Skin bio & introduction: – Love hurts, and Varus is ready to prove it with a quiver full of romance and the seasoned eye of a veteran matchmaker. Angelic harps follow him across the world as he searches for unwitting lovebirds, who soon find their chests pierced by deadly heart-shaped arrowtips.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Heartseeker Varus is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
