Skin changes – Ice Monarch Twitch. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model and textures – Featuring winter blues and a royal kingly purple.
• New particles: New Spell VFX – Who knew toxins could be so… chilling..
• New animations: New recall animation – I’m the Ice King, not the Nice King!.
• New sounds: New SFX – Icy hits that’ll ring straight to the enemy’s ears.

Skin bio & introduction: – Twitch is a bitter, hateful creature who has jealously watched the Winterlands from his frozen burrow since time immemorial. Finally driven to the surface by twisted delusions of grandeur, he now seeks to usurp the Poro King, corrupting his subjects with an ancient, icy curse.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!
