Failed Delivery
If your order is for any reason unable to get delivered, it will be returned to us after having spent some time in the carrier’s holding pen in Switzerland. At the time we receive the return package we will contact you and either resend the package or offer a refund.
By far the most common shipping issue the dreaded ”invalid adress/recipient error” (please see the above paragraph).
For any package that is not claimed, we reserve the right to charge the cost of return shipping and handling to the customer.
Returns & size exchange
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, whenever you shop at Leagueshop.com, you have the opportunity to return the item(s) within 14 days if the item(s) has not been worn or used. The return package should include the original packaging and brand labels along with the receipt.
Of course you can exchange sizes if you want. The same terms apply where the item you wish to exchange has not been used or worn and the orignal receipt is included in the package. Preferably you have contacted us at support@lolskinshop.com before sending us a return package so that we know to expect your support claim.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return package.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Custom printed apparel (i.e backprints).
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
