Skin changes – Lux dressed as a blue Demacian sorceress.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New textures and moderate model changes for Lux. New texture for her wand..
• New particles: New VFX: A new kit full of bright oranges and gold with hints of jade!.
• New animations: New animations: A new recall—Lux is protected by her pups!.
• New sounds: New SFX: Magic and metal mix to form a harmonious sound!.

Skin introduction: – Groomed from a young age to guard the immortal realm from darkness, the Lunar Empress and her companions are said to stand watch over the world. Lux, though a powerful demigod in her own right, draws aid from the ever-faithful Warwick and Nasus.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Lunar Empress Lux is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
