Skin changes – Master Yi Snowman. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model and textures – Couldn’t be dressed better for an awesome snow day~.
• New particles: New spell VFX – Icy hits and an spectacular snowglobe!.
• New animations: New recall animation – There may or may not be a drawback due to Snow Man Yi’s weapon of choice.
• New sounds: New SFX – Super snowy sounds that still pack a punch.

Skin bio & introduction: – A humble snowman brought to life by the magic of the Poro King, Yi strives to become the most gallant knight in all the land… and with the imminent invasion of Ice King Twitch, he might just get his chance.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Snow Man Yi is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
