Skin changes – Xayah as a SSG World Champion. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New models and textures – With nods to Korean folklore and mythology, this team rolls out onto the Rift!.
• New particles: New VFX for all spells – Decked out in blues, purples, whites—and, of course—the SSG logo!.
• New animations: New recall animations – Designed by the players themselves, and brought to life in-game! (Including a duo recall for Rakan and Xayah!).
• New sounds: New SFX for all spells – Whimsical fantasy magic!.

Skin bio & introduction: – Honoring Ruler’s winning performance as Xayah during the 2017 World Championship.

History – Championship skin – These skins were created to commemorate the winning team of each Season’s Championship World Final.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – SSG Xayah is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
