Skin changes – Zilean as a time traveller from the Machine Age.. Specific in-game changes:

Skin bio & introduction: – Zilean is a wizardly character who was originally designed by Ezreal as a depiction of Father-time and is often connected with images of time, like a clock or hourglass. Zilean teamed up with the League in order to save his people from a disease known as chrono-displasia, in his homeland of Urtistan. His people are known for their advanced technology and knowledge in mechanics and physics.

How do you get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and have been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!
