Skin changes – Twitch as a punk gang member.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: Moderate model changes for Twitch and new model for his crossbow..
• New particles: New slugs for his auto-attack and new projectile for Venom Cask..
• New sounds: New shotgun sound for his auto-attack..

Skin bio & introduction: – An irradiated humanoid rat with an appetite for wanton collateral damage, Twitch is the number one provider of putrefied nuclear slime grenades to unsuspecting settlements everywhere. Equal parts audacious and paranoid, it is nearly impossible to stop his reckless rampages.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!
