Skin changes – Lulu as an ice sorceress and Pix as a poro.. Specific in-game changes:

• Model: New model for Lulu, Pix and polymorphed enemies..
• New particles: New particles for Pix, her staff, abilities and auto-attacks..
• New animations: New flying animation for Pix and new recall..
• New sounds: New sounds for Glitterlance, Whimsy, Help, Pix! and recall..

Skin bio & introduction: – A kindly sorceress trailed by her poro pal Pix, Lulu’s whimsical ice magic amazes and delights Snowdown revelers everywhere. She’s also a skilled fighter, firing deadly glacial spikes and transforming foes into harmless snowmen.

How to get this skin? – The skin is not available for purchase and has been placed in the Legacy Vault (they can still be mystery gifted, and only appear in a champion’s information tab if owned). The vault is usually opened for limited runs and this skin can then be purchased in the Riot Store. In my experience it can be rather long between each opening of the Legacy Vault, hang tight!

Worth buying? – Winter Wonder Lulu is a Legacy vault skin — rarely available and not in the regular store. It includes custom particles, new animations, new sounds. You can preview any skin for free on the PBE server before buying. Learn how to access the PBE here.
