Here is what to expect from preseason and new Season 11 of League of Legends

hERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE UPCOMING SEASON 11 of league of legends and all the new updates

With season 10 ending, like all other new seasons Riot will implement new stuff to our preferred game League of Legends. If you finished at least Gold in Season 10 you should have already your new Victorious Lucian Skin in your inventory.

As we all know every preseason arrives with some major changes to the game, and season 11 preseason is no different.

This will be the most impactful changes for the League of Legends new season upcoming.

League of Legends 10.23 – Preseason

Game Systems –

Item System Overhaul

New- 23 Mythic Items

New- 13 Legendary Items

New- 9 Epic Items

Reworked-28 Legendary Items

Cooldown Reduction replaced with Ability Haste

Jungle Items replaced with new Jungle Starters

Adjusted – 8 Runes

Upgraded Item Shop UI

Ranked –

Removed – Division Promos

Rank Informed Matchmaking

Removed – Duo Queue in Master+

Ranked Seeding

Amongst the many changes coming over with the new patch, none appear more impactful than the complete item system overhaul.

You will now be able to purchase mythic items from the shopkeeper which will become the most important items. Mythic items will be limited to one per build and will help define a build and playstyle. Therefore, the 22 Mythic items will be the most impactful items in the game.

Now there is also a quick buy Panel on shop

Riot posted on their website a complete new Item list.

Jungle items are also being replaced. New ‘jungle starters’ will now make up the options for League’s Junglers.

Some of the good old items that we were used to have were also removed.

A lot of items were also updated.

The Ranked system is also getting some major updates, which players will appreciate a lot. Riot will be removing division promos, which means that players can now go back and forth between divisions without long promotion series. There will still be promotion games but only for division 1 to the next tear.  Also, players will no longer be able to duo-queue, starting in the Master tiers. This was already the case for Challenger tier, but riot has decided to extend this to Master and Grandmaster Tier as well, so from now on you won’t be able to duo in high elo anymore.

‘CDR’ (cooldown reduction) is also being removed and replaced with Ability Haste.

Stat Updates

Ability Haste

RIOT: “Cooldown reduction was more valuable the more of it you got. Every percent reduced your cooldown by the same amount – say, one second off a 100 – second cooldown. That one second didn’t change even as the cooldown shrank. For that same 100-second cooldown, your 31st point of CDR took one second off the remaining 70-second cooldown, which is more than 1%. As such, CDR had to be capped at 40% to avoid going out of control, locking you out of a lot of items once you reached that cap.

Every point of ability haste lets you cast 1% faster. On paper, that makes it look like it gets less valuable the more you have because your cooldown shrinks by less and less each time. It’s actually the same amount of power. 50 ability haste lets you cast an extra half a spell during the original cooldown. The next 50 gets you to a full extra cast (100% faster). If you get another 100 ability haste, you get another whole cast (200% faster). This linear scaling allows us to remove the cap, so you can buy as much as you want.”

Riot will test all the new updates done during the preseason and get feedback from the players to know if they need to do changes on items since it’s a completely new path of items and a lot will change on your own playstyle because of it, that’s why we have a pre season in League of Legends to test and try all the new changes to be ready for the upcoming season which will be a great and unexpected season for everyone. The preseason update is  will be live on Wednesday, November 11, this is when you can start trying all the new items and changes and get ready for your League of Legends lol boosting season, new items added such as the mythic ones will make the game completely different that’s why the preseason has all the changes already up so you can try it and get used to them. To find more information about the preseason 11 update riot has made a post about all the new updates. Eight different runes will also be adjusted in League patch 10.23, to add “new variance” in rune build paths.

Vamp Effects

LIFE STEAL Heal from physical damage dealt by basic attacks. Now includes on-hit effects.

PHYSICAL VAMP Heal from physical damage dealt by basic attacks and abilities (33% effective for AoE and pet damage)
